First was telephone interview with Marketing Director, then with both the Marketing Director and Owner on Skype. The second interview was cut short because I revealed that I had read three negative interviews on GlassDoor and wanted to check to make sure that this was a place I wanted to work, so I contacted three former employees via LinkedIn, and everything in those negative reviews checked out. When I disclosed what I had done, the interview abruptly ended. (Glassdoor has since removed these negative reviews.)

Interviewed over the phone with HR and then was contacted a week later to schedule an in person interview with the creative director. Went in for that interview and was drilled for the entire hour, leaving no room for me to ask ANY questions at the end. Was then told that hundreds applied and I was part of 20 people he was interviewing in person. 20?! What a massive waste of time. As soon as I heard that, I was out. If an employer cannot narrow a list of in person interviews below 20, big red flag. How do you even have time for that many interviews?
It's been about three weeks and haven't heard anything back. No surprise there. Wouldn't take the job if I were even offered. Ineffective hiring practices are a no for me.
