I had a 1st interview at the office with the Team leader and the Manager of the department. It was a competency based interview that lasted for 1 hour. They invited me again to a 2nd one for a test but actually it was to meet the HR and the Director of the department which I didn't know. This 2nd interview was very unpleasant, they asked me about every single word I had written on my CV, they questioned the KPI's I had in my previous roles when they have nothing settled. After a week they came back to me saying that they won't take my candidature any further for this role. However, they invited me to a 3rd interview to meet another team that would be interested in my profile. This time I met 2 hiring managers for a competency based interview and then after few days they told me that I wasn't selected. A completely waste of time and not organised at all.
