While I understand hiring timelines can vary, a simple update—whether positive or not—goes a long way in respecting candidates’ time and effort. Advice to the company: Clearer communication and timely feedback would greatly improve the candidate experience. Even a polite “not moving forward” helps professionals plan their next steps.
