Phone interview for about 45 min. Asked repetitive questions, the recruiter wasn't listening but recording the interview I assume. They have a lot of info at the beginning of the call that helps to formulate the responses but not sure how the assess the quality of the candidates without listening the responses.

The process was pretty standard. Recruiter screening and final interview. I was expecting to go through 3 rounds but only had 2 rounds. It was fairly easy to go through and the most important skills were time management and preparation skills.
