1. Initial meeting with HR for introduction and describing the role, salary expectation etc. 2. Technical interview to assess skills. 3. Follow-up meeting with HR to discuss the offer and finalize details.

I applied online and quickly received a phone interview with their recruiter. She scheduled me right then for an interview with the hiring manager. I had a lovely talk with the hiring manager, and two days later, I was scheduled for a final interview with the director and another consultant. I received an offer from the recruiter about a half hour after that last interview!
