Interview process was 6 (yes 6!) different people that you have to speak to, spending a high number of hours in interviews, scheduling and preparing for them to tell you that they selected someone else. Not only is it completely inappropriate to waste someone's time to that extent if you aren't pretty certain that you want them to work for you, but they didn't even have the decency to follow-up with me and advise that the position had been filled until I emailed them. Maybe because I was overqualified for the job since I had been working on a competitor product, as well as in the exact industry for over 9 years, that they chose another candidate, but this should have been decided earlier on in the process instead of wasting people's precious time. Really uncoordinated and distasteful interview process that just gave me a bad sense of the company in general.

Entretien
They were very open honest and quick in my interview process. I was able to speak with my recruiter and recieve an offer within about a week and a half. The interviews were conversational vs. Overly formal.

There was an initial presentation call, followed by a video call with the hiring manager and HR. I'm not sure if there were additional steps because I did not proceed further with the selection process

Long process with many interviews. Took a lot of time to schedule. Everyone had a different agenda in their questions which was confusing. The whole process didn’t feel welcoming to be honest.
