I had a negative experience with an interview process. Although the company initially responded positively to my application, expressing their interest and inviting me to schedule an interview, they were disorganized and unresponsive. Despite providing several potential meeting times, I didn't hear back from anyone, leaving me feeling frustrated and unimportant. The lack of communication was unprofessional and made me question whether the company valued their potential employees. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for a job, as the negative experience left a lasting impression on me.

The first technical round was with the off shore lead and the second technical with the onshore lead
