I had many conversations with the recruiter who made me feel like he was my personal advocate for getting the job. My initial conversation with someone on my actual team went well, but it almost seemed like my resume did all the talking for me. I didn't get any probing questions. I had a few more in house group interviews. They all seemed relatively easy, but I think part of that was most of the folks interviewing me were developers without devops experience so they were light on both dev-centric questions and devops-focused ones. In my last interview I had one hands-on exercise to describe what an Ant script was doing (which was easy) and another to troubleshoot why an IIS website was down; also pretty easy.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
I can't remember any specifics about questions, but as long as you back pup your answers they are open considering it to be a good answer. Example: There was a question about Maven or Ant for Java build scripting. I said Ant as long as they're also using Ivy with it. I later found out they are using Maven avidly, but my answer didn't burn me.

After applying for the position and submitting my resume online, I received an email asking for a one-on-one discussion by phone. After setting up a convenient time, I had a brief 15-20 minute telephone Interview with HR contact at the end of which I was emailed a set of technical questions to complete and send back within an hour.
