First, I was given a telpehone interview. After which the hr rep had to deem me qualified-that was the first step. I believe their HR dept is outsourced. Next I was sent an email to confirm they were setting up an interview. For my interview, I was interview by 2 managers and a director. It was very nerve wrecking.... The interview took over 1 hour. I also prepared a writing sample as requested. Questions included why do you think you ae qualified for this position. Where do you see yourself 5 years from now.
