Entretien
My resume was found by recruiter on-line (monster or workopolis) and arrange a phone interview, which questions were about my experience, as well as questions about my resume.
After phone interview, the recruiter sent my resume to CCH and they arrange a panel interview.
The panel interview was with 5 interviews (manager, HR, developers, BA and DBA), each of them asked at least 2 questions. Again all questions were about experience.
Suggestion give example for each answer and be confident!
It was more of a discussion. They did prepare questions to be asked and noted down your answers. Not too formal but couldn’t really tell what they were looking for.

Extremely professional and insightful into the role and project team. Several competencies and capabilities were tested and assessed. All the involved in the process were extremely professional. The process was extremely well aligned from a timeframe perspective.

It was very smooth and a seamless experience. A very professional recruitment process. Highly skilled professionals on all interactions that I had. Several interviews were necessary, but their rationale was clearly explained and you knew how the process will be from beginning.
