three different people for telephone interviews, Dept Director face-to-face followed by a department interview with dept mgr and three AE's.

Question 1
The three AE's asked me how to do their job. Told me their sales difficulties asked me what I would recommend. Told me they asked the manager to have me in so they could pick my brain.
Pretty Easy. Just need sales and a willingness to do some assignments for the interview and make sure you know a bit about the market you are applying for. Luckily the regional manager was in my city so I was able to knock out 2 rounds of interviews the same day. They were also very understanding of my work status and worked around giving me the time to transition out.

Entretien
2 Hour meeting with 2 team members. Very responsive and thorough. I asked for feedback and didn't receive any after the fact. Good experience and felt prepared for role after speaking with the team.

Entretien
The interview process was great. It consisted of 3 meetings, each progressively with someone more senior (Manager, Director and then VP). The questions were mostly about experience and what motivates you to be in sales, specifically at WoltersKluwer.
