Another year another internship with bad process. No feedback just badly written unproffessional auto email. My application was ”in review” status 5 min then i got email. Which means they didnt even check my technical task. Their message made no sense as i got all criterias filled perfectly! Also seems like they use historical data which means if you have been rejected once you will never get a chance. I have applied many times and i am ashamed to say how many times and never had chance to even talk to them. This was my last time i apply. Company is worth it but their recruitments are worse i have seen in my whole life. Also age discrimination seems to be a case in that process!
