Entretien
The interview process was smooth and professional. It began with an online application followed by an email from a recruiter within a few days. The first step was a short phone screening where they asked about my background, availability, and interest in Wolt.
After that, I was invited to a group interview via Zoom. It included a brief introduction to the company, a presentation from the interviewer, and a few practical group exercises based on real customer support scenarios. It was interactive and well-organized, and I appreciated how they evaluated teamwork as well as individual responses.

Entretien
There are two rounds, that is, two interviews: the first one is group-based (around 7 candidates), and the second one is individual. The first round is very relaxed, more like a conversation, with teamwork on certain situations and getting to know each other. The second round is very pleasant, where you have the opportunity to present yourself better. It is a very nice experience, not stressful or difficult.
Only one interview with basic questions. The interviewers are a team leader and a shift leader, both extremely bored to be there. Their offer is embarassing as well, the sallary is way beyond the bare minimum for the skills needed.
