My interviewer was condescending and didn't even know what role he was interviewing me for. He insisted the role was "office admin/assistant", didn't believe me when I said the ad was for "office manager" and had to show him the ad myself so he would believe me.

The process went smoothly and was handled well. The recruitment consisted of a regular interview, case-interview and an interview with a person in the position you are searching for. All in all a postive experience. The only negative side was that communicating in the beginning went smoothly and I was kept up-to-date, but in the last step it took two weeks to hear that I did not get the job.
