The interview process was structured and consisted of several stages. I first had an introductory conversation to review my background and motivation, followed by a more in‑depth interview based on a business case. As part of the process, I prepared and presented a two‑hour presentation of around 50 slides, where the goal was to demonstrate deep knowledge, structured thinking and clear communication. The case required building revenue forecasts, defining a go‑to‑market approach and explaining how I would prioritize initiatives and collaborate with other teams. Overall, the experience was professional and well organized, although quite demanding from an analytical and strategic point of view.
