J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Wizz Air (Budapest) en mars 2025
Entretien
Interview process was for a DEC position. It took one day to complete, they covered the tickets and hotel in Budapest. The attitude of the recrutiment team was very kind and strict, yet very professional. Honestly, great experience. As for captains we didn't have to write the technical test so is started with the documents check and meanwhile there was a company presentation. After that there was group excercise and if you passed it the you were invited for the final stage (excluding sim) that is a 1-to-3 meeting (three instructors and you) where you had to follow a scenario of a real flight and were asked about everything - WX, NOTAMs, decisions why would you do this instead of that, etc. It took approximately 40 minutes. As I passed this stage as well I was invited for the final stage in the evening for the sim session. Simple departure, some manual flying, then some real life-based scenarios (I had a toilet fire), they were looking how are you doing under a little bit of pressure, how do you command and how do you execute the flight together with all necessary things to do like NITS briefing, etc.
