The individuals I interacted with were genuinely pleasant and created a welcoming atmosphere. However, there seemed to be a noticeable absence of seamless communication amongst the team members. I mentioned in the first interview that I didn't have specific experience in an area. They made me go through their whole process, and at the end, they said I didn't pass because I didn't have experience in that specific area.

Question 1
Interviewer was expecting more theory than experience. I have encountered absurd behavioral questions here that I never heard before, even from multinational and large companies. These questions seem designed solely to leave people speechless, and they reflect more of the company's poor management than on the skills or knowledge of the individuals being interviewed.
What do you do if your customer out of the blue contacts you on a friday, after hours, when no one is available, everyone left their laptops at the office, requesting an urgent release to production that can't wait and you can't say "is not possible"?
