Due to COVID-19 the interview was a half hour phone call. Basic interview questions. Was asked to complete a small quiz and build a basic web page about myself and send it in. Received an email for a second interview.

Very bad process and they don't give opportunities to Juniors. They don't take you in consideration if you don't have past experience. Very bad and not good. Disappointed a lot

Entretien
Phone interview. After that you’re contacted by someone from hr and scheduled for a 2 hour test which includes building a website and two other frontal interviews . Overall very pleasant process, full transparency, still in process.

What you’d you do if you got a call 5 min before your shift ends and you know it will take more than 20 min to solve the problem?
5 steps that includes, phone interview, home exam, team leader interview and a HR interview. first interview includes a small talk in English and Hebrew.
After that the home exam tests 3 elements that are most important for customer care.
