The first process to their hiring process is a language test. At the time of the interview I was in Asia learning another language and did not have opportunity to practice my Spanish before the interview. I remember it being very frustrating to have the language interview before the job interview. I think it would have been nice to have the job interview first to feel more comfortable with the staff and process.
