Call with a recruiter who was very easy to talk to, was told I would receive follow- up to schedule an interview with the hiring manager, but did not receive any further communication until over a month later. I received a standard form letter stating that they have chosen not to move forward with my application.

This distinction was not clearly outlined upfront and may benefit from greater transparency in the job description.
The interview process felt somewhat disjointed, with evolving expectations communicated at different stages. Clearer alignment and consistency in messaging would improve the overall candidate experience.
While some members of the team were professional, kind, and helpful throughout the process, other interactions felt more distant and less communicative, which contributed to the overall lack of clarity.

Entretien
Lengthy interview process but also get a chance to meet people for many different departments. Great to meet those you will be working with. personally think it is to long of a process as when job searching some company go way faster and this lingers and drags on.. missing opportunities on both ends
