This was probably the worst interview experience that I ever had. A lady HR called me first and told me that I was a good fit for the profile and scheduled my virtual interview 2 days after. The HR who took my interview was very casual in his approach, he had made his mind that I wasn't a good fit for the organization since the very beginning of the interview process . He asked me 2-3 questions about my previous work experiences and started asking some really irrelevant questions. No questions regarding Social Media Management/ Digital Marketing were asked. Later, he very abruptly left the interview ( while I was answering). I don't know if he is aware but I could see him standing up and leaving the interview, it was a zoom call and when you leave a zoom meeting it usually takes 30-40secs for you to exit the meeting. I gave him a benefit of doubt, the HR had no manners to even call me and tell me that the interview had ended..I was in the meeting alone for 15 mins waiting for him to join back. I myself called the lady HR. They sent me an Assignment to do where we had to make 9 creative for them. After I submitted the assignment they told me that they were looking for someone with more experience. Why waste a candidates precious time. This was the worst interview in my entire career Experience. The founder really need to check how their HR's are working.
