The first stage was the phone interview with the recruiter. Then I had an individual virtual interview with the HR team - the same recruiter and one other person monitoring, and lastly a virtual group interview with the team, taking around 2-3 hours.

Entretien
The entire process was disjointed and uninspired. My initial phone screen was rescheduled twice, and once I was speaking with an HR representative it became clear that the interview was not a priority. The interviewer seemed disengaged in the process and was reading from a script throughout the call. I felt like I was not given any opportunity to showcase my experience or skills to the representative.

Applied through online. Recruiter reached me out 3 days later via email to schedule a phone screen. I replied her email right away with available dates. She did not replied my email for 2 days. After the initial phone screen, I had first round interview and onsite. The guy who interviewed for my onsite was the worst interviewer ever. He seemed distracted, just woke up (it was 10 in the morning), uninterested, barely answered my questions... Another interviewer for my onsite also seemed distracted and wasnt listening to my answers.
