overall I would say the interviews felt relaxed and comfortable.
-protracted interview duration - I first spoke to the recruiter (Hazel) on 8th March and then with the hiring manager on 24th Apr and then the final interview on 21st June. This felt elongated and uncertain.
-unclear articulation of competencies - I only received the competencies to be covered on the interview the day before the interview and these differed from the points the external sourcing manager shared with me. This felt inconsistent and
-inconsistency in interview- the interviews questions on the day did not link to either of the competencies that had been shared previously and it wasn't clear what they were looking for when asking questions about how i manage audit issues.
-I have not yet received any direct feedback from the interviews, only word of mouth from the sourcing manager.
-being interviewed by stakeholders rather than just audit folks was really interesting and I think there is value in that but I also felt that it wasn't appropriate that someone from the hiring area wasn't involved.
