Interview in 3 rounds 1st with recruiter, 2nd with 2 stakeholders and 3rd with team members instead of direct manager. Communication by recruiters were rather terrible and very unprofessional. During the interviews no indication that I shouldn’t get the offer. No feedback given why there weren’t offer in the end.
