The process dragged on for over two months, and I had to follow up with the recruiter multiple times. I also went through multiple stages of interviewing only to be told at the final stage that I didn't have the experience they were looking for, which is something I'd expect them to screen out at the beginning, not at the final stage. The worst part though? They didn't end up hiring. And instead of doing the stand-up thing most tech companies did, by freezing the hiring process, they looked for an easy cop out. I would not recommend interviewing here at all, it's a waste of time.

Explain your integration process to the role you are applying for
Contrary to what Wise stated on their career website, was ghosted by Wise after interview. The funny thing is I am more qualified than the hiring manager from a relevant work experience angle. Not sure if that is a factor.
had a great time workin at wises. learnt lot many things with respect to bacend development, frontend development, cloud platform. Designing, development, deployment, testing and lot more. highly recommend this place for nyone looking for new opportunities
