Sure, I have a lot to say.  My application process lasted for about 3 months (for 4 rounds of interviews). 3 months for 4 rounds! Maybe, Wise could perform a bit faster? After 3 months they finished the process, telling me that the hiring for this position is suspended. My mails were often ignored by Wise employees. They broke their commitments multiple times; for instance, their favourite habit was to say "We will give you feedback today or tomorrow the latest" and to disappear after that for a couple of weeks. The position was named "Audit manager" and by its description assumed the managerial role. It was confirmed during the first interview, that it is a managerial position. During the last 4th round I've learned that it is actually a non-managerial role, which would report to additional intermediate manager as soon as Wise recruits him\her. To sum up, it was simply the worst application\interviewing experience ever.
