I was called in for an initial interview 2 weeks after doing a timed, online assessment that simulated responding to customers and retrieving customer files. The entire purpose of the first interview is to feel you out for your suitability to the company culture, not necessarily your qualifications. This is going to be the weirdest interview that you ever had. Expect the most random questions, as they purposefully keep you off balance to judge your personality. There were a few normal interview questions as well though, so still prepare to answer those, but they definitely will not be the focus. Make sure you understand how the process of transferring the money works in layman's terms. A few days after I had a Skype interview that was more like a normal interview, but still very casual in nature. Do not overdress for either interview, 1 level above casual is completely fine.
