My experience with WISE's hiring process was frustrating and disrespectful of my time. I truly wanted to be a part of the company.
The hiring process was unnecessarily long and poorly managed.
From initial contact to final decision, the process took over a month, including a two-week delay just to schedule the final interview, with no flexibility offered.
I was told on April 27, 2026 that I could have the interview earliest on May 11. I had no choice but accept it and stall everything I had going on.
The interview went well. And I was told told to expect feedback within a week, but in my case, this timeline was exceeded without any communication or update. I received a cold "classic, no effort" rejection email on May 29, 2026, only 18 days after the interview and received no feedback whatsoever!!
For a role that requires professionalism and respect for processes, the candidate experience did not reflect those standards.
Given the length and structure of the process, I expected at least a brief, constructive explanation following the final stage. Instead, I received a generic rejection with no feedback.
A hiring process reflects how a company values people. In this case, the lack of transparency and consideration for candidate time stood out more than anything else.
I would strongly advise future applicants not to pause other opportunities while going through this process.
