It was really smooth, and they were genuinely accommodating. They asked questions about process, role-based problem solving and experience. They were more interested in how the experiences translate into the role, and into Wise's mission.

Entretien
I interviewed twice at Wise. The first HR interview was scheduled within a week of applying, and went really well, I took the call from my hotel room on holiday. HR seemed really impressed and kept saying I was perfect for the role.
The second interview was shortly after, with another designer, and was also positive. I was perfectly aligned for the role and we even built rapport.
The two stages went so well, that I was fully expecting to progress to the following stage (a design task. But then, after all that, Wise completely ghosted me! I followed up multiple times, but they just ignored my emails.
It’s incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark like this after what seemed like such a promising and exciting process. They seriously need to improve their communication and respect for candidates.

An unstructured and brief chat with a junior member of the design team. Unfortunately didn't get any form of communication what so ever following the interview. Poor experience from such an exciting prominent company.
