J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Wise (Londres, Angleterre) en févr. 2026
Entretien
Three step interview process, which is pretty common these days. A technical on HackerRank, then a record yourself online assessment, then a final round technical online with two of their Software Engineers. The HackerRank and OA weren't too bad, basic questions. The technical was a bit difficult, but might just be on me. One of the few companies that actually does email you feedback after your interview, which is very helpful. Warning though: the technical includes some behavioural questions at the start, which I was not prepared for at all.

Question 1
DSA, RestAPI, Java OOP, What is one time you got critical feedback and how did you implement it?
The recruitment process consisted of three rounds and took approximately one month to complete. In the first round, two coding tasks of easy to medium difficulty were completed, similar to typical Stack Overflow problems. The second round focused on behavioral questions and included recording video responses. The final round involved a pair programming session, where collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills were evaluated.
It was good, and smooth. First had a hacker rank assessment test, then maki test. Data Structures and Algorithms was medium task, and a task based on API was a bit difficult for me.
It was basic round based process with a technical test via HackerRank and Maki interview, very quick and efficient communication from the recruiter and overall it wasn’t a difficult experience. Maki people is a bit of a challenge as you may not fit well if you don’t do research on the company’s values.
