The interviewing processby the general manager was fairly straightforward. He reviewed my CV and asked about relevant experiences which was none, except that i studied mechanical engineering at this is a heavy machineries companies. He explained the nature of the work and asked whether i would be okay with them and thats about it 2-3 days later the HR called and told me i got the job.
