I applied a couple times for the CSR role. Took awhile, but I was contact via phone to schedule an interview. I attempted to reach out prior to the interview day to see about rescheduling the time/day and never heard anything back. Kind of surprised with how they seemed to be very interested in me due to my background. Pretty disappointed and not very professional.
