I was picked from campus selection after my B tech.They were asking on 50% in class 10th and 10+2 to be eligible for campus selection. There was two level of selection process.Writtem followed by PI. Aptitude and general English in written test followed by PI(Tech + HR).

Normal Aptitude(Class 12 level in written).
Interview was over ally dependent on what ever the candidate have written in his/her CV.
This is the best experience I have ever had.
