Interview held during my college time, and first round was coding questions where questions mostly asked on strings, problem solving questions with medium level difficulty followed by TR and HR

There were two rounds of technical discussions. I cleared both rounds. Then HR contacted me and said I cleared the rounds and whether I can join on November 25th, for which I agreed. They collected my documents on 18th November. Then my HR discussion was scheduled on 19th November for which nobody turned up from panel. Then on 21st November HR called in the morning and told offer will b released this week itself and evening they are calling and telling they have dropped my profile. The team just played with a candidates expectation. It’s really unfortunate to experience such a behavior from a reputable organization like Wipro. Very unprofessional attitude and behavior and they are treating candidates very bad.

The interview process was good and the interviewer was to good .He answered my questions and the interaction between us was good and Interesting . At last he gave me few tips to improve my skills .
