Entretien
Interview went very good. But manager didnt responded. Very pathetic experience. Managerial round was not taken. Team Leader interviewed me and he had very positive feedback but manager didnt considered of even taking Manager round eventhough I had answered all the questions. Complete Managerial monopoly.

The interviewer has a mad guy and asked too many logicless questions. And silly questions worest person.
So finally the process went smoothly. But anyway I declined the offer. Because of worest politics in software industry.
