3 stage process
-aptitude test(quant+logical)
- technical round(it can be two sometimes)-programming language , project related questions
- hr round( simple round )
Once you hired you go through training of 45-60 days then a final test happens to check your knowledge that you grasped from the training

Entretien
Three round are conducted generally. First is technical. Second round is excel test. Third is technical plus HR. The difficulty level is average. The questions are dependent on the team you are going into.
3 round of interview. Before that there is a test for checking communication skills. This role is for bps sector. After passing the test, had an interview with team lead, and it was good.
