I was called for performance testing lead position and the interviewer started asking questions on performance engineering and tuning and nothing on testing..He wasn't even aware of performance testing process or tools. When I mentioned, he said may be a misunderstanding but we don't need for testing we need for tuning. Really waste of time. Had to leave the interview in between.
