I recently had the opportunity to attend a walk-in interview at Wipro for the position of Process Associate, and the experience turned out to be both intense and rewarding.
I reached the venue around 11 AM and appeared for the first-round interview, which primarily assessed my communication skills and background. After this round, I was asked to wait for further updates, which extended until 8 PM — a long and patience-testing wait that was a key part of the process.
Around 1–2 hours later, I was called in for a voice assessment, where my English fluency, pronunciation, and comprehension were tested. This round was crucial as it determined my suitability for client interactions.
After another 4–5 hours, I appeared for the final round of interviews, which felt more like an HR and process-fit round. I was asked scenario-based questions and evaluated on how I would perform under pressure.
Thankfully, after the final round, I was informed that I was shortlisted.
The process didn’t end there after few days, I had to complete an online typing test to check my typing speed and accuracy. Finally, I had one last discussion where the compensation details and role expectations were explained.
