It was ok but waited too long, it went good but they didn't select in 1 day. Took 2 days for them to select and then for 2nd round again it took 2 days

The process is very smooth. The interview is of 3 rounds. 1 st round is aptitude interview, 2 nd round is technical interview and 3 rd round is hr interview.
Not so great, questions were not great. Focus was just on personal life and other aspects not relevant to the role. Is this a good interview according to you? I would say not.
