I wanted to formally Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing and unprofessional. The interviewer arrived late by 5 minutes, was visibly yawning while I was answering questions, left the cabin while I was in the middle of solving a coding question, and even picked up a phone call while I was speaking. As a candidate who took the time and effort to prepare and travel for the interview, this behavior felt disrespectful and demotivating. I did share this over our phone conversation, but I still feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction in writing. I truly believe candidates deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, regardless of the outcome of the interview.
