The process started with on the phone screen following by an onsite interview. It was very challenging interview process and not like the comments below for C++ interviews! Lots of leetcode, behavioural and low-level questions. I felt I did well, but at the end it did not work out for me.

First phone call from a junior dev followed by video call with some other junior developers and later in-house rounds. I don’t think they actually test the real skills needed for low latency applications development

Question 1
Typical C++ interview questions and shared ptr implementation. They interview like this they are reading questions from some list and have a weird criteria of rejecting candidates. Process takes way longer than expected and not worth spending time.

Interviewers are of a junior level. It's rather you telling them stories on a subject of their choice, and they are trying to follow. Interviewers can't say much about the company, only some standard phrases. Everything is quite unprofessional. I withdrew myself from the process somewhere in the middle.
