The first partner had me read my entire resume and present my portfolio, once I finished the rest of the hiring team came in and he told me to do it again. It was clear everyone had been drinking. After explaining how important it was for me to continue my learning process and how passionate I was about certifcations another partner broke into a rant about how much they did not respect any of these industry standards using much profanity to describe just how much he did not value them.
