The day after my application I received a call for an over the phone interview. I was asked 5 or 6 questions mostly covering how I would react in different scenarios and testing my knowledge of alcohol and wines.

When the company has wine tasting events what do you know about wine that would aid in suggesting customers which wines to go for with certain food pairings etc.

Entretien
Asked a couple questions about knowledge in wines and then asked for weekend availablilty. Questions were straight forward and focused on customer service. There was probably around 5 questions and interview took no more than 15 minutes.

Entretien
It was very quick and simple. They took me into the store room and asked a few questions and then about availability. Said theyd call me that night but I got a call the next morning offering me the job.
