We met with the store manager after being recruited a day before of meeting her. It was a quick process because we were looking for a team as soon as possible. We held the interview outside Starbucks and we talked like we were old friends

The interview was really chill. The manager pulled me into the back room and started to ask me the questions. Near the end of the interview, the manager asked for my age. She said that she doesn't really wanna hire me because there are certain things I can't do as a minor like close up the store and certain stocking things. She also said she didn't want just a seasonal worker because a lot of her seasonal workers left. But overall, if you aren't a minor, it was really easy.
