The interview process was smooth, well-structured, and manageable. I received the opportunity through a campus recruitment drive. The selection process consisted of three eliminatory rounds: Technical, Behavioral, and HR.
The Technical round primarily focused on logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with questions based on standard programming problems. As a CS student, the emphasis was on explaining the approach and logic clearly rather than advanced concepts.
The Behavioral round included a mix of programming-related questions and scenario-based questions to assess decision-making and communication skills.
