Friendly approach, smooth conversation, easy going interviewer with insightful questions . In general the whole interview and hiring process took more than I anticipated. If you want a job you have to be patient with WIND because it take some time

3 rounds of interviews, first HR, then Hiring Manager and then Executive Director. 1 hour each. Increasing difficulty I would say. Overall, positive impression. Polite and cautious interviewers. Did not get the job but still I appreciated the company's approach.
