Initial call with Talent Acquisition Director to inquire about my current situation, past experience, and what I am looking for in a position. Second call later on same day with Hiring Manager to discuss position in greater detail. On-Site Interview with Relevant Departments Associated with Position.

I was asked a questions pertaining to experiences at previous positions, about my job search thus far, and about why I held an interest in Winchester Interconnect as an employer. Additional questions were asked relative to how I would handle situations within their environment and between colleagues, as well as how I have handled certain difficulties in the past.
