The application was online and very simple for students to apply, got called in for my first interview, very soon, I had been so nervous I accidentally gave them the wrong ss # but I received a call promptly asking for correction. The 2ND interview I was hired. Then 2 months in promoted.

Easy straight forward. Simple basic interview questions show up on time. Relaxed setting dressed business casual. Interview was about 10 minutes maybe less. Asked if I was willing to work 40 hours and work holidays.

You apply, you get a call from them, you go in, interview for like 15 minutes, and they call you if they like you. There wasn't much to it at all really. Its a first time job.
