The interview process was easy, assistant manager gave me a pre-interview paper to fill out which contained questions similar to the ones filled out on the application. Asked for my hours of availability and my skills. About 10 minutes later the assistant manager brought me back to his office and asked me about 15 questions which were all quite easy.

You are interviewed by the store manager and you're asked more customer service questions even though you rarely interact with customers. They went over what the job entailed and the physicality that was required. They do schedule interviews early so do get sleep the night before.
