The interview process at Personify in 2016 was extremely drawn out. There were 4–5 separate interviews stretched over 3–4 weeks between each round, making the entire process exhausting and difficult to stay engaged with. Better communication and a tighter timeline would have gone a long way.

Great interview process, likes to understand skills you have and how they can be used in the role that you have applied for. Its a nice interview put you at easy before starting to ask questions, of which some are challenging
i was first contacted for a phone screen to get my interest. since this was a remote position for a recruiter, the interview was done via video. the interview was thirty minutes in length.
